Excellent place with great wi-fi, a heated swimming pool, and friendly staff. I remember my first stay when they helped me find a lost jewel. Highly recommend it for comfort. I'm coming back for a xmas.

The Tulip Inn is in an excellent location, receptionist was very helpful, rooms basic but prefectly clean and adequate. Would stay here again

Possibility to have coffee or Tea in the room, amability of the staff.
Small room, old furnitures, very small bathroom: everything looks like in a hospital. Scandalous for the price (>80 EUR). Premium rooms (99EUR) do not present better attributes. Swimming pool was closed (it is only open 2 months a year). Overalll I would not recommend the hotel.

The heated pool was such a nice spot to relax! But, our room felt cramped and there was an odd smell in the bathroom plumbing. Decent stay though 😊

The room was clean, smart and comfortable. The location was excellent and close to the centre of Biarritz and underground secure parking was available. A big bonus was the outdoor pool.
No air conditioning in the exceptionally hot weather and only a shower, no bath.

Reasonably clean hotel, very friendly staff & quiet and perfect location within walking distance of town centre. Well-appointed and nicely decorated rooms with comfortable beds, a work desk, coffee/tea making equipment and a TV. Really had REALLY GOOD stay on two nights of our stay.

I booked this hotel because it was close to to the centre of Biarritz and was reasonably priced in comparison with similarly located hotels.
Lack of air-conditioning. Lack of restraunt facilities.

The location is superb, only a short walk to the Promenade and several nice beaches. Room facilities like the coffee machine and kettle were great additions. I appreciated the comfy lounge area and the availability of complimentary water in the breakfast area. On the downside, the room felt a bit cramped, particularly compared to other places I stayed during the trip. Breakfast prices were steep for what was offered, and the air conditioning had moments of inconsistency. The staff were helpful, but issues with cleaning were a concern. For instance, the first room I was given had not been made up appropriately. The stay had its highlights, but a few improvements could enhance the experience significantly.

The cleanliness was good, the location was walkable to the main town & it provided parking, though @ extra cost
Not up to the expected standard for a 3 star hotel. Our deluxe room certainly was very basic.
